सुगुण : Virtuous, moral excellence, good natured, good character, good qualities or merits, master of the gunas
Su सु : good or pure
Guna गुण : qualities
According to ancient philosophy there are three gunas which are as follows;
sattva - goodness, calmness, harmonious
rajas - passion, activity, movement
tamas - ignorance, inertia, laziness

I’m Suguna, also known as Jenny/Jen/Jennifer - don’t worry I still answer to them all!
Suguna is a name Amma blessed me with more than 11 years ago after arriving back to Amritapuri ashram after my first North Indian tour with Amma in 2013.
- A name I’m striving to embody after resisting it for many years.
- A name I’m still growing into and will forever be striving to fulfill.
- A constant reminder of how I can embody more alignment in my thoughts, my words and my actions.
- A name that has now defined my business.
